Mental Health Support for a Life on Stage.
We provide music therapy and mental health coaching for professional artists navigating the emotional demands of the performing industries.
Because the stage asks a lot of you.
Dear Artist,
You chose music because it gives you purpose. But building a life around it can also bring rejection, comparison, performance pressure, instability, and the constant expectation to prove yourself.
You spend years learning how to strengthen your craft, but rarely how to protect your mental health while pursuing it.
We believe music can be more than your career. It can also be one of your most powerful tools for regulating emotions, processing difficult experiences, reconnecting with yourself, and sustaining your well-being. We’ve seen it happen over decades in hospitals and treatment rooms around the world.
On In 5 helps artists learn how to intentionally use the music they already make and love as a structured, evidence-based mental health practice. With us you’ll learn how music can support you, not just your career.
Your music takes care of others. Let it take care of you, too.

Learn privately. Practice together.
Understanding a mental health skill is one thing. Using it in the moments that matter takes practice.
Rehearsal Groups bring together artists to work through the lessons from each course through guided discussion, reflection, creative exercises, and peer connection.
These are active, participatory groups, not webinars. Members are matched by age and experience level.

We are different than other mental health models…
Most mental health support still centers on talk therapy and ongoing one-on-one sessions, an approach that can require significant time, money, and emotional energy.
On In Five offers another way:
#1. Our programs are designed to be flexible, practical, and built around a busy life. You can move through the self-paced courses at your own pace, then choose in-depth, virtual support that serves you best.
#2. Our mental health ethos is music-based.
We know music is more than your work, it is your lifeline. The thing you return to again and again to process, express, connect, and keep moving. But many artists have never been invited to explore the ways the music they create can also become a personal health practice.
We help you use music not only as an art form or a career, but as a practical tool for adressing your mental health.
